And we're on the verge of: If you protest in a way the government disapproves of, you can be denied rights.

One of the biggest social changes *ever* happened when women started to have more control over whether they got pregnant.
Oh, and someone pointed this one out to me from earlier this month:

...considerations of national security and foreign affairs that are endemic to immigration enforcement and immigration issues are always going to make it improper for a damages action to go forward."
So, you won't be able to sue border patrol agents.
