This is Snowbell. She is the cat at the Sessions Hotel in Bristol, VA. While she has a home, she apparently liked to hang out in the vacant building which was renovated for the hotel.

The ownership has taken the position that since Snowbell was there before the hotel, she can come and go as she pleases. They have a chair set up for her in the hotel lobby.
