Hey has anybody ever taken a legit ice bath? I mean a full ice bath including fully immersing yourself underwater?
i like to sit outside on cold sunny days in house clothes (with gloves and hat) to let the cold be like ice packs on my joints. it's quite invigorating.
@holon42 ah, what i call "Canadian sunbathing" 😁 At some point in the winter i do it too. Not because i have joint pain or because i like suntanning (no thank you!), but because it's good for the body to get that vitamin D. And on those sunny days when the air is all crisp and fresh but the sun is shining, it just feels good being outside. 😊
