Hey has anybody ever taken a legit ice bath? I mean a full ice bath including fully immersing yourself underwater?

no. i live in 🇨🇦, where we can just sit outside naked in winter.

Yup, you can also go outside wearing flats, a thin shirt, and a skirt with no leg covering and experience that after being out there for just a few minutes if it's far enough below zero. Done it when i've gone outside to shovel off the deck. 🙃
