BREAKING: The #SCOTUS immunity decision is out. Reading now ...
#SCOTUS also remands to the district court a review of whether "a President's public communications" are an official act.
"The President enjoys no im-
munity for his unofficial acts, and not everything the President does is official. The President is not above the law. But under our system of
separated powers, the President may not be prosecuted for exercising his core constitutional powers, and he is entitled to at least presumptive immunity from prosecution for his official acts."
6-3, with the three liberal judges dissenting.
My hot take ... The #MAGA majority just ruled a president can commit crimes until a district court decides such criminal acts were not an official act.
Hopefully #Biden is sending the military over to the Supreme Court building right now to arrest the six justices, and will hold them until a district court rules after he leaves office that it was illegal.
@WordsmithFL They need to be very clear or this is some BS
@WordsmithFL
Press Release....
As my first path is to protect and defend The Constitution of these United States... I am sending officers of the Secret Service and the military to arrest and hold 6 members of the supreme court.
In their most recent ruling, this act is legal and justifiable with respect to their decision...
Also, members of Congress that have shown that their abeyance to the previous president will also be arrested...

I will be releasing the names of my 6 replacements to refill the court in the coming week.
This is back to square one and malfeasance, abuse and incompetence from this blantantly corrupt SCOTUS.
They sat on this for months, to delay the trial before the election.
They should've never accepted this case or they should've moved on it briskly, and gotten it back to the lower court.
Justice delayed is justice denied. This will be the most historically obvious egregious example of it.
SCOTUS is corrupt crazed and dangerous. Roberts must step down or be impeached.
@WordsmithFL What BS
#SCOTUS
The indictment’s allegations that the requested investigations were shams or proposed for an improper purpose do not divest the President of exclusive authority over the investigative and prosecutorial functions of the Justice Department and its officials. Because the President cannot be prosecuted for conduct within his exclusive constitutional authority, Trump is absolutely immune from prosecution for the alleged conduct involving his discussions with Justice Department officials.
