With the cold snap over the weekend, we tried to fire up the heater.
Heater tech came out today from the warranty company and informed us that the heat exchanger is gone and we need to replace our heater.
$7500 that we won’t have to pay and the warranty company is looking at our inspection report.
The thot plickens.
@MrsBentoBako Pre-existing conditions are what warranties are supposed to cover. Defects in the product that are already there when you buy it. Warranties don't usually cover damage you incur yourself.
