naw its got me fucked up because 9years found out about the situation and straight lost it bawling... she's 9 years old and this has been her home 🏡 
We have the idea of Media/Public Shaming of these people and if it's not considered a DOX I will give out the company info who bought the taxes of the home and is refusing to make right with monies vs. principal of matter.
Surely someone can chime in on that.

@MrGoat tbh I haven’t followed the entire scenario but there are tenancy laws and if you’re running out of tome and lacking support, then it’s probably worthwhile putting it out there so others in the community Ott who have experience can help find solutions
@MrGoat if negotiating has not worked and you have no legal options then write a statement about the situatin explaining how wrong it is and how it will impact others..
then call the media and pressure them

I'm a landlord - in my state you can give an eviction notice, if the tenant fights it we go to court. In some cases, tenants who are not healthy or have kids, a judge usually extends the time they need to be out by.
I'm not that type of landlord, though. I have excellent tenants bc I treat them well. If someone is sick and can't pay the full rent, I ask how much they can afford and work with them. I would never kick a sick tenant out.

@MrGoat do they want you out or do they want money. A go fund me might help. Also the Whitehouse just released a statement about a bunch of new funding for people in housing crisis so you could try calling up hud and see if they can recommend a course of action. As for the kiddo, try not to be too worried, focus on good things, keep her distracted and keep to the normal routine as much as you can.

"According to Illinois mobile home park laws, the park owner must give tenants information, in writing, about:
The exact amount of rent charged for the mobile home or lot during the last 5 years, including information regarding fees imposed over and above the base rent, late payments, and applicable taxes"
And a bunch of other stuff.

@MrGoat The next thing I'd look at is any attorneys that take cases like this on spec. If there's someone involved who can be made liable, there should be an attorney. It's finding one in time.

"North Rd" by itself could be any of them.
