@MarvelousMadi13 Don’t be too hard on yourself. Sometimes it feels like we are in an ocean of it and then it passes and we were standing in a puddle all along. Sometimes I focus on a small task or something funny and that can lead me out of it. Coffee can help a little too. You will feel better soon. 💜
@bmacmixer I wish I drank coffee lol and yeah I think I do need to focus on some small things. I keep feeling like I need to solve all my problems at once.
@MarvelousMadi13 That's ok. Coffee does not always work. It can make some people more anxious too. But accomplishing smaller tasks I think helps to give positive feedback to ourselves on top of actually getting something done. I
totally get it though. Depression loops suck, and can really zap motivation and energy.
@bmacmixer hopefully this loop ends soon, but its been a doozie, so definitely need to focus on the small things
@MarvelousMadi13 I've been there. It wasn't until I started medications that I realized just how bad my depression had been. It was like I'd been in the dark and someone turned on the light.
It's ok to not be ok. Some days, doing your best is just getting through the day, and that's ok too. ❤
