@MarvelousMadi13 Don’t be too hard on yourself. Sometimes it feels like we are in an ocean of it and then it passes and we were standing in a puddle all along. Sometimes I focus on a small task or something funny and that can lead me out of it. Coffee can help a little too. You will feel better soon. 💜
@MarvelousMadi13 That's ok. Coffee does not always work. It can make some people more anxious too. But accomplishing smaller tasks I think helps to give positive feedback to ourselves on top of actually getting something done. I
totally get it though. Depression loops suck, and can really zap motivation and energy.
@bmacmixer hopefully this loop ends soon, but its been a doozie, so definitely need to focus on the small things
