@Blueway I was rough on my body growing up and now I have severe degenerative arthritis, and disc disease. 👍🏻

Counting down till June, then. I hope it goes really well. Constant pain is no fun. Your pix look a bit like mine, both neck & lower back. I hope you had as much fun as I did creating those wonky discs.

I suspect mine will be at some point too. Right now the pain is reduced to somewhat tolerable with nerve ablations.

So the surgeon is gonna have to go in and take the old plate out, and put a 3 level plate in for C4-C5-C6-C7.... The cut will have to be on the left side like so, since it's multi level....
He assured me the beard would cover most of the scar. 😁
