@Fiikus_goddess you got me thinking about doing a baked onion with the butter and bullion stuffed in it, and I just realized we lost our jars of better than bullion when the fridge died. βΉοΈ
The smoked chipotle one is so good for that and it's hard to find π
And we don't have any onions π€¦ββοΈ
But I'm sad about all my sauces and bullions gone now. Thinking of doing shredded chicken tacos later and that is really good with chamoy ::le sigh:: c'est la vie

@Kurtroedeger I slice like a 4-6 large onions, and start sauteeing them in butter.
Then pour over a dark lager or a stout, depending what I have.
Adding salt, pepper and dried herbs like thyme and rosemary, and let it simmer for 2-3 hours until it becomes almost jammy in consistency.
Great as a side for roast beef etc.
