high functioning sociopaths on counter social, what happened when someone found out?

@JamieTheTransfemme I think my confusion stems from the fact that most folks here are driven by conscience.
But also, I'm not sure what you're asking.
@kel and just for clarification, sociopaths are much different than psycopaths. we can still feel emotion, remorse, guilt, and empathy, and we do have a moral compass, but just less strong. I am trying to be a better person and this is something that I think would be a step in the right direction

Speaking from my own recent experience, I am suddenly less inclined to overshare. We'd like to think that "our people" should be able to handle our deeper truths, but I've seen a fair few of mine flee lately and it absolutely sucks.
Probably depends on the audience, and you've got a better bead on that than any of us here.
