@GaryPoole ohhh, it is! thats my summer standby, very light and refreshing. In colder weather I go with negroni sbagliato, a bit more bitter and heavier, but still get the nice fizziness of the prosecco. i like my prosecco, heheh.

@GaryPoole I like the Barbara West, and the income tax, two somewhat forgotten cocktails that Ted Haigh showcased in a book about such things a few decades ago.
For me, I've long enjoyed the classic Old Fashioned, though I have learned recently to prefer it made with Rye instead of Bourbon.
