You really have to balance yourself with #politics and staying informed; yet also staying sane.
I just went by an early polling place and only republican signage.
8 days and I pray this nightmare is over. At least some of it.

Ended up in ER today with heart rate at 150. PT therapists called ambulance. Battery of cardiac tests over 4 hrs. No heart involvement. Referral to cardiologist & script for Xanax which I refused.

It’s happened twice in 48 hours. Today’s news of Racism Rally at MSG must have pushed me over the top. Should not have read the details.

I need it all to stop immediately.
