One reason I've been a bit lower keyed on the site lately is I don't want to add to the angst of others.
Ended up in ER today with heart rate at 150. PT therapists called ambulance. Battery of cardiac tests over 4 hrs. No heart involvement. Referral to cardiologist & script for Xanax which I refused.
Itās happened twice in 48 hours. Todayās news of Racism Rally at MSG must have pushed me over the top. Should not have read the details.
I need it all to stop immediately.
