It's been a rough few years. I feel it too. Pop up some filters and stay away from the news. Chronic stress is a killer. Please take care of yourself. I've added time to my workouts to counter balance the added stress, but I also take breaks for days. It's helpful and I'd suggest it to everyone.

Ended up in ER today with heart rate at 150. PT therapists called ambulance. Battery of cardiac tests over 4 hrs. No heart involvement. Referral to cardiologist & script for Xanax which I refused.
Itโs happened twice in 48 hours. Todayโs news of Racism Rally at MSG must have pushed me over the top. Should not have read the details.
I need it all to stop immediately.
