Took a bit of a spill this morning at work. I was shocked to fall, but felt ok. Now I'm home & residual shoulder oreness starting to creep in. I really fell hard on my knees & altho on carpeting, they're extremely bruised/tender, but i don't see any swelling. Able to move w/no problem, but I'm a bit banged up🤕

@BlueTsunami

I know I don't bounce like I used to...

take care!

@BlueTsunami ibuprofen to keep any swelling down overnight. Hope you are back to normal quickly!

@BlueTsunami WORKER'S COMP! lol but seriously, go get checked out

@LnzyHou 😂🤣😂🤣 Never heard of that product, but thx for the info!💛

@BlueTsunami

Any pharmacy, Walmart, Target etc. Works great on falls. I’m never without it as you can see. Tube is almost empty.

@LnzyHou I can be a bit klutzy sometimes so this fall isn't my first rodeo lol. Glad u have it on hand & thx again, Lindsay! I'll have to pick some up.

@LnzyHou Ur awesome...thx for sharing. Got my shopping list ready. It's been a long time since i fell like that!

@BlueTsunami I have a lot of personal experience with injuries. 😁

@aspecurian That emoji has a touch of mischief in it lol. It's been a long time since I've taken a fall. Lucky it was on carpeting, not concrete. And FTR I've fallen a few times on concrete🤣

@BlueTsunami
As an athlete and former certified medical assistant, I'd suggest taking 3 Advil/ibuprofen (600mg) immediately, then continue doing so every 6 hours for the next 24 hours. It'll go a long way towards keeping the swelling to a bare minimum, and will help manage pain.
