Took a bit of a spill this morning at work. I was shocked to fall, but felt ok. Now I'm home & residual shoulder oreness starting to creep in. I really fell hard on my knees & altho on carpeting, they're extremely bruised/tender, but i don't see any swelling. Able to move w/no problem, but I'm a bit banged up🤕

@aspecurian That emoji has a touch of mischief in it lol. It's been a long time since I've taken a fall. Lucky it was on carpeting, not concrete. And FTR I've fallen a few times on concrete🤣 #Klutzy
