2: pass legislation to nullify the corrosive effects of Citizen’s United,
3: restore the fairness doctrine in media and pull the broadcast licenses of news companies that violate it.
4: reform the Supreme Court by ensuring ethical oversight.
5: operationalize all ambiguous words in the Constitution.

What if... what if these institutions announced that applicants from states that ban books would be penalized (by qualification algorithms) for coming from a state that encourages the suppression of the free exchange of ideas?
