@stueytheround I'm thankful that a lot of people are starting to understand how autistic traits have been misunderstood. We have more support than we ever have before. I want to see that keep developing.

@Keep_on_Kraken Seriously. He knows what he's doing. People who want to throw autistic people under the bus just don't want to have to accept that.

- I'm seeing people defend as not being capable of understanding the effects of what he says because he's autistic, use "autistic" as an insult against him, and his fanboys using harmful autistic stereotypes as his superpowers.

I am thankful for the traits being autistic gives me. I'm also really tired of being autistic in this society.

@Traces_of_Texas I can remember when going toward Houston from the Golden Triangle in the 80s was like approaching the Emerald City. More busy than in that picture, but still very similar.

Oh... I see I've hit the point in where my brain starts trying to create a second story that cannot just be worked into the first story.

@WILDKATZ His "Hallelujah" was the first song I learned to play by fingerpicking instead of strumming on my ukulele. I remind myself all the time of the line in "Anthem", "There is a crack in everything. That's how the light gets in." His songs have gotten me through a divorce and a couple of other traumas.

@TrishaGreenie Hey, you're getting the commitment to working on your writing! That's the real goal.

A little bit of text on where I think is going.

It’s not a pretty sight.

@feloneouscat I got to it by typing in the url. I think maybe the problem with the link you posted has something to do with "publish" being in there.

I'm still pretty new with my own substacks. Hadn't actually paid attention to the links. I should start doing that.

@thathmc Hmm...that brings up thoughts of the blank page being full of potential, and that writing is editing it. Thank you!

@feloneouscat I'm logged into Substack, but it's giving me a message to let you know the page the link goes to is private.

@NewYorkJellybean I made my account private today, made sure where to find me is in the bio. There are reasons for me not to deactivate it, but that's definitely not my place to be anymore.

@TruthSandwich Absolutely! That's another part of why I feel it's important for people who can to be more involved. Help open those doors for people who can't and want to.

@PirateWench I did it a few years, got the shirt once. Then life turned upside down and I haven't done it for six years. Deciding to do it again was a gift to myself.

@PirateWench I'm even thinking about ordering the Winner shirt this year. The changes it's making to my approach totally count as winning.
