Traces of Texas reader Stephen Raup sent in this really cool early 1970s shot of the Houston skyline, which he found among his father's things. Stephen believes it was a promotional shot taken for the radio station for which his dad worked. It looks almost calm and peaceful!

@Traces_of_Texas I can remember when going toward Houston from the Golden Triangle in the 80s was like approaching the Emerald City. More busy than in that picture, but still very similar.
