Needing to buy SDS masonry drill bits. Not sure which make to go with. DIYers, builders, help me out. These are my three choices.
always choose Milwaukee if you can afford to. This is coming from a life long tool guy and builder of buildings.
@vozoto Every builder I have seen recently uses Dewalt or Makita equipment so I would imagine they're both pretty good.
Can't speak for the other one. I don't recall seeing the brand for sale in the UK.
I have a Dewalt drill and a JCB bit set. They work very well together.
@stueytheround @vozoto
I cover all three bases. I have Milwaukee drills and drivers, Makita impact bits, and DeWalt drills.
@vozoto our Milwaukee Hammer Drill has built more heavy things than the DeWalt, but both are great tool-makers.
Thanks all. I've decided to go with the Milwaukee bits. It's the middle option (DeWalt is the more expensive, with 4-cutter bits, which I don't think I need)
