If I were to be challenged to a street rumble à la West Side Story, I know that there are good many of you that would have my back, both IRL and online. And I would do the same for many of you.
@voltronic I can fall down while trying to dance really good. Like, with the best of them at falling down while trying to dance.

(I can actually spar fairly well.)

I've been a music teacher for a very long time. So my snapping skills are elite level. 😆
@voltronic @0x56 I was fascinated by the process of snapping for a few weeks, so I practiced a lot to construct what’s actually happening with it because at one point I thought it was the sliding off the finger that was making the sound before I deconstructed it.

Yep, All you have to do is snap while lifting up your pinky and ring finger and realizing it doesn't work anymore to figure out what's going on.

Sound science is pretty cool. I told my students today about how the reason why a whip cracks is because the tip actually breaks the sound barrier and you are hearing a small sonic boom. Their heads exploded.

@voltronic @0x56 Or even in the slightly wrong place the resonance chamber doesn’t respond correctly.
