Tonight is a fireplace and hot cocoa kind of night.

So I gave the Ibarra another go, and I nailed the ratio this time. 1/2 puck melted in 12 oz milk. Added extra cinnamon, ancho, and even a little Mombassa chili powder for extra 🔥. This is delicious.

@voltronic I was just eyeing mine thinking it would be a good night for Mexican Hot Chocolate too :)

@voltronic I was in Oxaxaca years ago. They made delicious hot chocolate using a wooden hand carved whisk and a green pot. There was cinnamon and sugar in it. Still, comfort cocoa is the yellow Fry’s , canned milk, and sugar by a wood stove.
