Me either; none of my machines are new enough to have a hardware TPM module. Although there are ways around that.
@voltronic @GlennS The Windows 11 tool kept saying I couldn’t, and I took it as an affront against my PC building skills, so I figured it out and upgraded to 11.
I don’t regret it because of spite.

Definitely not a cash grab since it was offered free to any Win10 license holders as long as your system supports it.
None of the new features / improvements from 10 excite me. I'll see what they bring to the table in 12.
@voltronic @GlennS It’s pretty much no real difference, but the context menu is irritating because they changed Cut Copy Paste Trash into images instead of words and every time I use them I spend 30 seconds looking for the words.

@voltronic they insist mine will run it but my system slows down enough on its own now, not to mention i'm too lazy to make the room on the hard drive
