there are many iconic 80's movies that i just never saw. mostly b/c we were too poor to ever go to the movies & movies didn't hit tv as quickly as they seem to do now.

ofc, i've since caught up w/ movies like the breakfast club, dead poets society, flashdance, lost boys, etc.

but these ones, i still haven't seen. which movie should i see first? & why?

All great, but I had to vote E.T. It's such an amazing movie. Big bonus is that it is (IMO) John Williams' best movie score.

@voltronic oddly enough, i know the score. it's so iconic that i have heard it many times. just never seen the movie.

my fave score of his is memoirs of a geisha, tho.

@voltronic it's big on the strings, particularly the cello & violin. i like both.
