@knewman
Do you have a Pixel? That doesn't seem to be on option on my Samsung except for calls to my Google Voice number.
It seems Samsung has contracted with a 3rd-party company called Hiya for spam protection. I just turned it on; let's see if anything changes.
@voltronic negative, just a cheap Chinese iPhone knockoff that runs Android. I block all calls to my "real" carrier number and fully rely on VoIP for gv calls.
Hope Hiya works for you. That shit is irritating to the max.
@voltronic
So i can do a farm whistle that can be heard for a mile. Only takes a couple weeks before they put me on the dont call list themselves.
@damselfly59
Nice, but all of my spam is from robots; not humans.
@voltronic
Ahh good luck.
@voltronic yeah, I've seen a bump in them too.
@voltronic yes! the calls really dropped off earlier in the year for me but now they're back to at least two per day.
I have GVoice screen any callers that aren't in my contacts list, but I can understand that might not be viable for most people.
