Morning! I don't like anything in my coffee. So I wouldn't put these spices in my coffee BUT we started incorporating more of these spices in meals because of their anti inflammatory and cognitive benefits.
Cinnamon
Turmeric
Ginger
Nutmeg (I might like this on in coffee. I put it in hot chocolate)
Black pepper.

After 2 years of mindfulness meditation, My experiences &experiments have paid off
A few things I learned (by experiencing) are:
π― inner peace is the key to the survival of humans (imo) else extinction.
Why? Because we cannot achieve world peace externally. Every human must experience peace inside. Once you get there, you will start to change (in good ways) then as more humans pivot to a peace footing; the world changes in very good ways.
I believe this is the path to our divine purpose.
