Morning! I don't like anything in my coffee. So I wouldn't put these spices in my coffee BUT we started incorporating more of these spices in meals because of their anti inflammatory and cognitive benefits.

Cinnamon
Turmeric
Ginger
Nutmeg (I might like this on in coffee. I put it in hot chocolate)
Black pepper.

actually nutmeg on coffee is DELICIOUS.

i am also "guilty" of sprinkling on cinnamon and sometimes cocoa powder.

and sometimes both. 😬

I grate nutmeg over my coffee grounds, take curcumin (turmeric) supplements, and cook/bake with the rest all the time. I think when I started the turmeric I saw the most dramatic results in reduced inflammation. YMMV
