Muscle spasms/cramps

This works to calm my spasms and let's my fingers slide around to put pressure on a knot.

It's helps with my pain by soothing and the cool air on the area helps to diffuse pain.

Not a replacement for pain meds and Muscle relaxers but it's helping it calm down enough to tale that lats little edge off before sleep.

It has arnica and some other homeopathic stuff. Got it from Amazon

Mindfulness and pain πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ

I have practiced various mindful techniques on this recent bought of pain (sciatic) -- physical pain (for me) is the hardest to transform. Meditation to blur your edges (you become a field of energies as opposed to confined to a body (Sam Harris uses this a lot.)

Blurring is easy and relaxing.. Blurring pain is harder but have had some success << but its hard work...which goes back to my saying, managing pain is exhausting.

I had a FALL πŸ€•

My left foot got snaged on the floor because this injury is affecting my ability to lift my foot to walk.

I face planted my my knees and elbows took the brunt. They are bruised and a bit stolen. They don't hurt any more.

This was definitely caused my injury. Dammit, I wasn't focused enough to make my foot rise.

It's definitely worse then last time.

I see the surgeon Friday morning. My hubs will drive. I can't sit for that long.
