This may seem silly, but there are a bunch of muscles in the face that relax when you smile. This has an over all relax effect. Over time you morning mood may get happier.

Next time you have a negative emotion
Close your eyes & imagine that anger as an energy field in your body;
look to see where the energy is, and what's its affecting. (Heart, stomach, rage in the brain, whatever)
The minute you do this, the emotion completely changes

We had the Jacob whol asshole robo calling people in Detroit not to go vote cuz cops gonna get you crap.
Seeing the damage done by the proliferation of bullshit penalties should be significantly stiffened.
It's not free speech when it's a crime. And they need to be imprisoned for years.
I've been off work all week to take care of family things and recharge
I'm grateful to say I started feeling refreshed about Wednesday and overjoyed by some excellent progress with my son's recovery. We are both using mindful techniques and it working beautifully. π
Also got 2 big things for mom ofd my list. A new phone which she really needs to run the software for her fancy custom hearing aids we she is getting tested and fitted next Friday.
Moble hearing truck will come to the house π
