Here is a good story:

The second time I saved a life with Narcan, I was working as a Security Guard, nights, in a large industrial plant. Came across this guy behind one of the buildings. Did the thing, EMT's took him to hospital. Wrote it up in report.

4 days later management, distributed it to every officer, with training, and made it mandatory to cary and use.
