@MLClark I have to force myself to get back in my groove but my son in particular has suffered greatly regarding losing his dopamine
You are doing the right things. Do not judge yourself over this. This is not your a fault, it's a healing process
I had some back stiffness pop up, and was downtrodden (had back issues and surgery last year)
So I forced myself back into my yoga habit. Which gets me back on track mentally & physically.
Find what works, make it a habit and practice it daily π§ββοΈπ
@MLClark I had to seriously nudge myself. I started back 4 days ago and my back is 90% better.
Now after this ^^ I'm not stopping again.
I just use a little yoga app I love. I do it in the morning. That's what gets me going.
My son is doing well. He's got a few more things to do then I hope his hearing/plea deal will ve probation only (consequences from the horrors that happened over holidays with that narcissist "friend" - We've all recovered from that but will never forget it.)

I've been meaning to get back into a habit of yoga as well. It's just required two small tasks that mentally I keep putting off, but I appreciate this nudge. Thank you. π I'm so glad you're caring for yourself, too. I hope your son is able to, as well.
