Personal ANNOUNCEMENT
Last year I scaled way back on posting (here&tw) I had to be mostly offline while I began my mindfulness and meditation practice.
Past couple days I've posted more (a lot more on tw) I think I'm ready
I'll continue minful posts But going to intersperse political content WITHOUT judgemental commentary.
Judgements cause anxiety or other harmful emotions.
Mindfulness practice helps you prevent those emotions from bothering you &increases moment of happiness &peace.

I'm increasing political bc this election is another critical one and I anticipate a lot more chaos when the trials begin.
Don't want to bury my head in the sand. Our democracy and rule of law is too Important
