I just ordered a bottle of The Pathfinder (a hemp-based NA "spirit"), plus some sparkling water, oranges, and limes. I have lemons on hand. I'm going to experiment with it tonight.

It's a little pricey, but I've read that it's a good replacement for an amaro.

I'm also going to make a walnut-mushroom pate and spinach-fennel soup with lemony chickpeas. (If I have the energy.)
