B'day Dinner:
Xiao Long Bao, at XLB PDX.
Very good pockets of paper-thin dough surrounding a bite of meat and piping-hot broth. Someone called ahead, a few days ago, so they were ready, the spiced pork was amazing.
No not your typical dim sum, better.
Good conversations were mumbled between stuffing our faces.
