Having been through three company layoffs, I have company announcement PTSD.

@tyghebright Yeah, they’re never fun. Luckily so far it hasn’t affected me.
I've been at my current company a year. In that time, they've done some re-organization at the top level, and recently, in my department. There have been several meetings, announcements, and conversations about the changes, and I find myself stressing about them.
But this time, the changes have all been good--and we've *added* several positions to the department.
@tyghebright I like my company (I also throughly hate it) so I’m distressed about the announcement because it’s a fundamental change about our identity.
