OMG.
Some recruiters can be so damn literal.

One just asked me to revise my resume to reflect a paragraph of requirements.

Those requirements are what 90% of my experience is about. It may not have the exact language... though it does use some of it.

And he keeps asking me about a thing that I've repeatedly told him I only have minimal experience with. I said I couldn't add more. He said to Google it.

D00d. No. I'm not making things up based on Google.

The only reason I'm still talking to this asshat is that he very clearly wants me to interview, and they very clearly badly need someone for the role. (And it pays well.)

@tyghebright So some headhunters now basically want to trim or pad the puzzle pieces to fit instead of finding the pieces that do fit within the companies. Don't they get like minus points if they recommend people who are not a good fit for the business.

@tyghebright And they're going to reason it out saying, "Look: You want a job. They want someone to get the job. I want to get them someone for the job. If you do this, everybody wins."
