@thedisasterautist El Paso might have a good hiring practice, but not police hiring practices are the same. Hence my point, we need better insight into why these kind of people keep getting hired, schooled, and let loose on the people they were sworn to protect. Army here too, Iraq war vet, and I knew and know lots of vets who are so high on themselves they would fire on that kid in your example without any remorse.

If we want this to stop we need to remember all this stuff on every voting day, for every candidate running from the PTA on up! As Americans, we need to be more engaged in every law makers past and be informed by real sources, not just the news, Twitter, and FB.
