I wish my brother in law could stop lying just long enough to admit he doesn't want this dog (he's still not answering clearly to the question of where this dog came from). All we can get out of him is, "Sorry bro. Send someone by to get her yesterday, don't know what happened." Just say you don't want the dog, tell us where it came from so we can return it if it needs returning, or we can find her a new home. It's like it physically hurts him to be straightforward.

So Joe can't even get out of his brother where this extra dog is from. She's sweet enough, quiet. Little terrier mix of some kind. Maybe schnauzer. Daughter is bonding with her and for all we know one of his brother's meth head buddies stole the dog from some happy family. I don't know why else he wouldn't just say whose dog it is even. Joe is amazed that all his brother has to do is show up in our neighborhood and say high to a neighbor and it still ends up in a mess we have to clean up.

Just woke up to a dog being dropped off. Apparently a while back, my brother in law talked to my neighbor and she mentioned her elderly dog was lonely. So my flaky meth addled BIL found some dog and brought it by? No name. It didn't get along with her dog, and she can't get him to come back and get the dog. I had no idea this was going on.

There are now five dogs in here. It is so loud.

Finished studying pics of fossils. I had fun straining the old eyes trying to figure out how this thing was pieced together the way someone did when they were first discovered. Just looked at an actual diagram of the thing and it wasn't too far off. Definitely done with that though, it's time to study diagrams and models, to really see how these guys fit together instead of guess and wonder :).
