This year I make a bullet journal for the family, full of recipes and pet care info. Because the whole family is into the idea of breeding birds, this will include lessons on genetics, nutrition for humans and animals, and animal behavior in the wild. Including a dive so deep into dogs that I talk about the lessons we've learn from the wolves in Yellowstone, that bust the alpha myth teach about ecology. Take that, Mr. Republican school board twit. I will sneak the knowledge in.

The white callouses from biting the inside of my cheeks in suppressed anger are starting to fade, now they are faint scars. I no longer stay awake at night in rage. It's amazing how much a hospital visit will get peeps around you to respect your boundaries. Such a breath of fresh air.

And @P_D_Austin, but y'all don't really know him. Was nice of him to swing by and say hi to me for a while and hang here for a bit, he should come and stay.
