Cool, I found out that my involuntary movements due to "muscle spasms" are a separate and more rare symptom of my fibro (I'm special) called dystonia that might be treatable with botulism injections. I stopped going to doctors about a decade ago out of frustration. Time to go back, I guess.

@tippitiwichet Hey that's really good news. I'm glad to hear that! I hope it works for you. I really do.

@PaganMother Thank you, it would be sooooo nice to not have to deal with concerned looks and comments in public.

@tippitiwichet I know what you mean, I sometimes get weird twitches when I switch. It could be very scary and very frustrating because i can't control it.

@PaganMother Maybe you can get botulism too. We could hang out with the fancy people and talk about our love of injecting paralyzing agents into our flesh.

@tippitiwichet 😅 It would be interesting if that actually does fix the switching twitches that I get. It's when I lose total body control, that can be quite frightening for some people.

@PaganMother Totally. I've thought of wearing a shirt out that says, "I promise, I'm fine."
