Naturally when I'm fully prepared for a conversation with my problematic brother in law, this is when his flake game is highest, and this is the least likely time for him to visit. Also, I miss hot water. He's the one who will fix that. Sigh.

@Coffee_and_Salt Yup. And he is a flake. He's also supposed to be helping us with our AC that went out last summer, we are still "borrowing" his window unit, I actually met Joe because his bro was my appt maintenance dude. So free house repair stuff, but from a flake, with very irritating opinions he likes to spout off on.

@tippitiwichet you know, if you don't want to help just don't agree to help. You don't have to flake that way. It's that simple man.

@Coffee_and_Salt Shh the sense of familial obligation keeps him talking to me even after I say irritating shit like "Trump lies."

ETA - Oh yeah, and free home repairs, Joe likes that part.

@tippitiwichet oh no you're not one of those free thinkin' lib-ral wimmen are you?

@Coffee_and_Salt Look, to this dude, all women are nuts. He kept trying to set me up with his brother and I kept looking at him and how he acted and was just like, "No." I was so shocked when I finally met Joe. They went very different ways with the same influences.

@tippitiwichet yeah that would have had to have been a hard sell, but looks like you won out though!

@Coffee_and_Salt Yup :D. He should have just been honest that he thought we would be a good fit because he considered us both stupid and crazy, I would have understood immediately.

@tippitiwichet hahah what i didn't say (deleted cause weird) was "hey you should meet my brother he can barely stand me too!" 🤣
