Bye Sweet Carole is a chilling narrative-horror game inspired by classic animation movies and created by Chris Darril ...
THIS LOOKS GORGEOUS AND AMAZING. This is what I love about gaming! ❤️
#CoSoMusic #CoSoJazz Today was #JazzFriday live on WDCB radio. It was an amazing experience listening to #Jazz musicians and composers#SharelCassitay and #RichardJohnson
I had the pleasure of meeting and talking with them after the performance. Here's a clip or two for you music lovers. https://photos.app.goo.gl/WQ6RuURWox4xaWLb7
... a career defining performance.
Of that I have no doubt.
A New Zealand airport has imposed a three-minute limit on farewell hugs.

In that sense, books like HMRC just become propaganda and "feel goods" for those that appreciate them ... and not education, thought experiments, or lessons about the dangers of powerful, vindictive, and mentally ill white women who are brainwashed by the very patriarchy that works successfully to diminish and destroy them from within and without.
It's a shame that books don't educate the ones that need it ... not that you can reach such broken minds with words anyway.
I think, if I had read a book like this in middle school I might have been really impressed and inspired by it ... I might have seen it as progressive and had a fleeting, unrealistic thought that it would change minds and open hearts.
As an adult who knows better, I know that books like HMRC never end up in the hands of the people who really need to read them and that books, in general, are only appreciated by the audience that wants to read them and they don't need the lessons usually.

Been up since 4:30am absolutely glued to the audiobook of #HMRC.
It is described as: 𝘑𝘶𝘯𝘰 𝘋𝘢𝘸𝘴𝘰𝘯 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘭𝘰𝘳𝘦𝘴 𝘨𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘳 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘳𝘳𝘶𝘱𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘱𝘰𝘸𝘦𝘳 𝘪𝘯 𝘢 𝘥𝘦𝘭𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵𝘧𝘶𝘭 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘷𝘰𝘤𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘺 𝘰𝘧 𝘮𝘢𝘨𝘪𝘤 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘳𝘪𝘢𝘳𝘤𝘩𝘺, 𝘧𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘱 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘧𝘦𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘪𝘴𝘮.
But ... I don't really see it that way. I have a more reality based description that I won't bother with. I think book descriptions are more about enticing people to read them and not about giving a reality based explanation of the relevant themes.

In #TarnishedBlood you can full control of the flow of time, able to shift it forward and backwards frame by frame.
When you can plan every minute step of combat, it means that the game’s creators can challenge you in all sorts of ways throughout the fight, making a bloody battle against a hellish monster feel like an intricate puzzle. You need to carefully choreograph where each person moves and how they fight if you want the party to survive.
#CriticalRole’s hit animated series The Legend of Vox Machina has been renewed for Season 4. The news comes just ahead of the three-episode Season 3 finale today. 🎉
Prime Video has released the first trailer for its series adaptation of the 1999 film #CruelIntentions, which will retell the story in a new locale with all new characters.
The project is described as a “ruthless new series,” the story of which centers around an indecent wager between affluent stepsiblings Caroline Merteuil (Sarah Catherine Hook) and Lucien Valmont (Zac Burgess).
I don't have enough eyeroll for this news ... 🙄
This weekend is going to be very busy for the tribe as we are reorganizing and making room to setup the full gym in the living room.
Everything has to fit and there still be room for my VR workouts and golf. I also wanted to make sure to include the treadmill as well.
It's gonna take a lot of work to get setup but I am confident it will work out well when we're finished.
There will be several exercise stations available - 6 total - and the sauna easily accessible. 👍🏾
In addition to the many other pieces of exercise equipment I own, I added an #abcoaster just this week.
Ab work is rough for me as I cannot get up and down from the ground and I can't do standing ab work because I can't stand for long periods without pain.
The Ab Coaster is great because I can kneel comfortably and be supported while I do the crunches. It also swivels to work on the obliques etc.
Very affordable and it folds to stand up in the corner.
Great addition!
For me, prioritizing number 2 --
𝙈𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙡, 𝙨𝙥𝙞𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙪𝙖𝙡, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙗𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙧𝙚𝙜𝙪𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 (𝙥𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙙/𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙤𝙧𝙨)
-- allowed me to be able to do 1 and 3 without difficulty. It changed my entire outlook and understanding of my life and absolutely is a crucial component to how I manage daily functionality with #chronicpain and 2 autoimmune diseases.
Having the mind and body in harmony makes ALL the difference in quality of life.
Is it easy? Hell no.
Is it truth? Absolutely.
There are three primary things that I believe absolutely are crucial for overall health no matter who you are:
1. Understanding sleep (quality, types, duration)
2. Mental, spiritual, and emotional balance and regulation (peace of mind/removing stressors)
3. Exercise (of any kind)
These are important and focusing on them and putting them into practice is not easy for everyone.
Most people haven't the time, the focus, or the inclination to bother ... but they are the FOUNDATIONS of health.
I'm not some health guru ...
I only speak about what works for me and why and how I came to those conclusions after 30+ years of no insurance, shitty doctors, having to become my own advocate and doing tons and tons of research.
I cannot speak for anyone else as far as what works for them and me talking about my health isn't me giving medical advice.
Do you.
However ...
