Sauna for 45 minutes while watching #Found. I'm going to stick with my original assessment/prediction when the first season ended; they made a huge mistake letting Sir out of the basement. I love Mark and I'm aware of the power of his work ... but him roaming around in the sunshine in hoodies looking like a reject from Pretty Little Liars is actually beneath him and beneath his character. Once they removed the privacy and containment of their dual intellect and intimacy ... the show was ruined.

80/78! I'm pleasantly surprised.

I added NAC, PQQ, Quercetin, and Sulforaphane back into my daily routine and I think it is really helping with energy and inflammation.

I have had plenty of energy and very little pain despite all the physical work I have been doing literally all day and well into each evening the past 4 days. Trying to do all that a few weeks ago would have been impossible.

Absolute rest day today and tomorrow! I've more than earned it.

A new film project titled #Painter has cast Alan Ritchson (Reacher) and Amber Midthunder (Prey and Legion) to star in the movie.

The script for Painter was written by Derek Kolstad (John Wick), and it will be directed by Logan, Avatar and Road House stunt co-ordinator Garrett Warren.

Painter “centers on a young woman, trained from a young age, who must employ every skill in her arsenal to rescue her father after he is kidnapped.”

My back and body are wrecked from getting up and down off the floor so many times ... I'm going to enjoy some sauna time tomorrow and just finally being able to sit and relax. Been going non-stop for four days from 6am to 6pm ... I'm really paying for it #chronicpain wise.

BUT

It's all done and everything is great and, most importantly, easily accessible. When I want to exercise I can just jump on without having to do all this rearranging and dragging equipment from other rooms etc.

Well it took four days of moving, rewiring, sorting, throwing things away and everything in between to get things setup properly to fit ALL the exercise equipment including the treadmill and the ab coaster in the living room and still have enough room for VR workouts and golf.

My tribemate and I had to move the sauna back a few feet and that was an ordeal. It's not heavy ... it's just awkward AF to move.

My desk setup took 2 whole days and I still have some cord mess to bundle up still ...

I have been looking for some truly FLAT and soft #sleepbuds for years and these #Ozlo ones have some EPIC features:

1. Stream anything through them including audible books (my primary thing)

2. In ear gradual wake up alarm

3. Has biometric sensors that detect when you fall asleep and it automatically pauses whatever you were listening to. PERFECT for my audiobooks

4. Provides sleep data and monitoring (will compare with #Oura)

They are fully FLAT, soft, and recessed. Side sleeping PERFECT!

My first post from the full recline position. Nice neck support, feet are up, lower back is loving the lumbar support and the back massage built into my new chair.

Thanks to @IronButterfly for constantly making this suggestion. I just have never felt that reclining and working were things that could go in one sentence. It feels ... lazy and yes, it makes ZERO sense to say that. It does make me feel tired though which is kind of what I mean. It feels too relaxing to focus for a long period.

Just got a notice finally that my Roto Virtual Reality Chair is shipping!

I really have been looking forward to this for a while. There are times when I just cannot stand for a long period especially with some of the RPGs that have you playing for 45 minutes+ ... being able to sit is ideal and I have a stool but not one that allows for head turning and haptic feedback.

This is going to make gaming in #VR so much more comfortable and interactive. 🎉

I think I like work/recline 👍🏾 Feet up. Chair massager on. I just need a raised/tilting keyboard tray and this could work well. ❤️

79/89 is great given how much work I put my body through for the past 2 days. Sleep score isn't as surprising as I was ready to pass out last night. Latency of 3 minutes is pretty telling 🤣

Still more cleanup and under desk work to do which mean a lot of up and down. I'm apologizing to my knees ahead of time. 🤣

I wanted to rest but I think I'll just feel more stressed that things are unfinished. I will push through and rest when it's all done midweek.
