The desire for punishment turns into a desire for revenge, which perpetuates the futility of anger due to the continued violent collisions of hope and reality.

Aristotle affirmed that anger is "the desire to return a suffering.” But allowing passions to control the mind doesn't change the past, it warps the future.

The building has been vacant for a third of its built life. Earlier proposals by 5plus Architects to transform the building into a primary school or community space, as recommended in the University's 2021 Development Framework, have not progressed.

The Twentieth Century Society, a UK-based group working to protect modern heritage, has launched a proactive listing application that could provide a valuable case study for evaluating the heritage status of past Stirling Prize winners.

The Centenary Building at the University of Salford, Greater Manchester, was designed by Hodder Associates in 1994-95 to accommodate the Spatial, Graphic, and Industrial Design courses at the University.

One year after its inauguration, in 1995, the building was named the winner of the inaugural RIBA Stirling Prize, one of Britain's most prestigious awards.

Now, less than 30 years after its completion, the award-winning building is set to be demolished.

The game of dates back to the 1400s, and early woods and irons were actually made from wood and iron.

This particular square-toe clubhead is made from the latter, dates to the 1500s, and is believed to be the world's oldest iron club. It's made from two pieces, with a layered hosel that wraps halfway around itself, and a laminated blade with construction consistent with the ancient methods used to make Damascus steel.

It's currently up for auction.

And ... ANOTHER one of these "secret spy" movies. It's either the husband was one, the wife was one, or both are spies and don't know about each other, or the who family are spies or whatever ... this TROPE ... or is it actually a genre at this point is exhausting.

The only thing that makes them different or better than others is the chemistry between the costars. It either works or it doesn't.

It's just nice to see Cameron Diaz back in action. ❤️
