I mentioned a little while back that #AliciaSilverstone was set to star in the upcoming drama series #IrishBlood, which is set up to air on Acorn TV.
It has officially started filming in Dublin.

News as I get it.
Normally the morning involves a discussion about what to watch for the morning workout.
Do you wanna watch this? Do you wanna watch that? Do we have a new episode of such n such?
But this morning there was NO discussion ... there was just @IronButterfly saying ... "Laurel's sister might be alive????????" and the TV came on and that was the end of that talk🤣
Whatever gets you motivated doesn't matter. Whatever gets you excited to exercise doesn't matter.
Just get to it and do it. 👍🏾
It's a well known fact that it takes @IronButterfly like 7 to 10 business days to get moving in the morning ... but this morning I've never seen seen her move so fast before. She pulled the rower down, put on her heart rate monitor, and she was READY to go.
Why you ask?
Because the last episode of Arrow that we watched ended on a cliffhanger and she is hooked AF on the show.
It really was a great show. Glad to be revisiting it with someone who has never seen it.

Informed by meticulous studies of the Sun, the northern edge of the building is parallel to the noon sunlight of the equinoxes, while the entrance tunnel aligns with the sunset during the Winter Solstice.
The concave inner shell of the tower is perched towards the ocean. It absorbs the soothing sounds of the ocean, amplifying back through the entire structure, and even down to the amphitheater at the base.
Designed by OPEN Architecture, the Sun Tower reaches a height of 50m and is located in Yantai, Eastern China.
It stands tall as a curving observation tower and functions much like a humongous sundial, marking the changes of the seasons.
The tower’s intriguing design draws inspiration from the area’s ancient history of Sun worshipping, and the watchtowers of ages galore that were utilized to warn the Chinese Emperors of possible seaborne attacks.

Snow has finally fallen on Mount Fuji, images showed Wednesday after warm weather led to the Japanese mountain's longest-ever stint with bare slopes. A screen grab taken from a live video stream broadcast by the Shizuoka City Government on Nov 6, 2024 shows Mount Fuji with a dusting of snow on its peak.
Nvidia on Tuesday exceeded Apple’s market capitalization to become the world’s largest company, on the strength of a global AI push.
As Bloomberg notes, the chipmaker has experienced an astronomical 850% growth since the tail end of 2022. Nvidia was valued at $3.43 trillion at the close of market, topping Apple’s $3.38 trillion.
Been great stock performance as well 👍🏾
NEON has released the trailer for an interesting new film titled #TheEnd, which is a post-apocalyptic musical set after a tragic event.
The movie is described as an “urgent and unforgettable cautionary tale” and a “poignant and deeply human musical about a family that survived the end of the world.”
The film has a great cast that includes Tilda Swinton. Michael Shannon, George MacKay, and Moses Ingram.
Director Scott Derrickson has started production on #TheBlackPhone 2, which will see #EthanHawke return.
The script for the film comes from Derrickson and C. Robert Cargill.
More news as it comes along.
Love Hultén is a master at melding design and technology to create wonderful retro devices. His combo cassette player and storage unit started life as a Sony Walkman WM-EX655. The main section looks like something from the set of a 1960s sci-fi flick. It’s got clicky keyboard switches, dual speakers, an audio waveform meter, and a “now playing” tape slot.
The long-awaited sequel to Spaceballs (1987) that was announced back in June 2024 is making big strides toward production.
The sci-fi comedy sequel is being developed by Amazon MGM Studios, with Mel Brooks, the legendary creator of the original, on board to support the project.
In a recent interview with Forbes, Co-writer and producer Josh Gad revealed that the initial draft of Spaceballs 2 has been completed and has already been receiving high praise from early readers.
The authors emphasize that this is a "dramatic interpretation of real events - the product of imagination and creative freedom of the authors. The main characters are fictional, and some scenes are the result of assumptions, artistic processing and do not represent objective truth.
Sablja won awards in Cannes (Best Ensemble Cast) and Brno (Best Series at the “Serial Killer” festival) and premiered in Belgrade, Sarajevo, and Leskovac.
#Sablja tells the story of the assassination of Serbian Prime Minister Zoran Djindjic on March 12, 2003 - a day that silenced Serbia and altered the course of its recent history.
Balancing facts with creative freedom, series creators Vladimir Tagic and Goran Stankovic have aimed to capture an overview of the socio-political landscape in Serbia from the 1990s through the early 2000s, along with the atmosphere of uncertainty and chaos during that time.

There’s a new #TheFly film in development that’s set in the same universe as #DavidCronenberg's classic 1986 horror film. 20th Century Studios wants to make it clear that this is not a remake.
The movie is set to be written and directed by Nikyatu Jusu who is currently working on an untitled horror project for Universal/Monkeypaw and a Night of the Living Dead sequel.
No details yet on what the new Fly film will be but I'm keeping an eye out for any news or updates.
#TomBurke and #HollidayGrainger are reprising their roles in BBC1's #Strike.
The Ink Black Heart will be the show’s sixth series, and the BBC says it will be back in December.
Despite being written by she who shall not be named, the Strike TV series has been absolutely amazing and Tom and Holliday are just breathtakingly good in it.
I was really glad it is returning again. ❤️
