It's a well known fact that it takes @IronButterfly like 7 to 10 business days to get moving in the morning ... but this morning I've never seen seen her move so fast before. She pulled the rower down, put on her heart rate monitor, and she was READY to go.
Why you ask?
Because the last episode of Arrow that we watched ended on a cliffhanger and she is hooked AF on the show.
It really was a great show. Glad to be revisiting it with someone who has never seen it.

Normally the morning involves a discussion about what to watch for the morning workout.
Do you wanna watch this? Do you wanna watch that? Do we have a new episode of such n such?
But this morning there was NO discussion ... there was just @IronButterfly saying ... "Laurel's sister might be alive????????" and the TV came on and that was the end of that talk🤣
Whatever gets you motivated doesn't matter. Whatever gets you excited to exercise doesn't matter.
Just get to it and do it. 👍🏾
I love that they got DJ Steve Aoki to be the DJ in the episode where Oliver Queen's club Verdant opens.
His half sister is Devon Aoki who you might remember from D.E.B.S. and the Fast and Furious franchise.
