Remember there is a reason for your triggers. That reason doesn't always necessarily mean there is something wrong with YOU.
It could mean you are more sensitive to energy, to people from an empathic sense or a neurodivergent sense.
A trigger is a warning. A trigger is something that lets you know there is something you need to pay attention to. It could be related to a trauma, it could also just be your unique ability to read things, situations, and people.
You're not broken.

Triggers aren't bad things. Triggers are our mind and body telling us that something is wrong ... that something needs to be addressed inside and sometimes outside of us.
Triggers are a warning system that shouldn't be ignored or considered some kind of weakness. Pay attention to your triggers and understand them and what they mean.
If you are triggered there is a reason, a good one probably too, don't ignore that.
Maybe it's your feed. Maybe it needs a change. Maybe YOU do.
A trigger is a warning signal for you. It shouldn't be ignored. It should be respected and taken seriously and investigated by you.
A trigger isn't an accident. It's an indication that something is wrong in your system. Could be trauma, could be anger, could be unresolved emotional and psychological issues ...
Pay attention and face it.
The truth shouldn't be triggering.
If it is you need to consider why it does that to you and seek help, knowledge, and peace.
There is no such thing as objective reality because once it is observed (if it even can be) it immediately becomes subjective reality ... subject to the mental illness and spiritual dysregulation of those who are observing it. They then go on to taint it further by mixing it with their own madness and spreading it as "truth" to those around them ...
This completely unhinged reality becomes everyone's - or those susceptible to other people's madness - and nothing can be salvaged.
In my #MediaTherapy class I'm constantly talking about subjective media and that once anyone watches any media or reads any book it stops being about what the artist intended and is changed forever by the viewer.

When the minority controls the media, education, and everything else that influences the minds of the majority ... then it doesn't matter what the truth actually is.
There is no truth anymore.
There is only what individual people decide they want to believe and since everyone believes differently ... there will never be any cohesion, understanding, global reality, or change.
Learning to protect my peace and separate myself from toxic people and environments started EARLY, but it took me a long time to truly understand that changing someone else's reality and perception of you in their reality was IMPOSSIBLE. No amount of consistency, truth, or positive effort can break through a wall someone has put up to protect themselves from the truth of the world or anyone else's. Trying to reason with people who are disconnected from any semi-global reality is futile.
The center is named after Alisher Navoi, the 15th-century poet, author, and linguist whose works have had a lasting influence on the literature and culture of Uzbekistan.
The building, which spans 23,000 square meters, has been designed to foster interaction between literary education, research, and performing arts to encourage collaboration and dialogue among students, researchers, and artists, furthering Navoi’s legacy of cultural development and intellectual exchange.
This development will anchor a new cultural quarter in New Tashkent, a master-planned expansion of the city designed by Cross Works to accommodate a growing population. The center will celebrate the country’s cultural heritage, particularly through its focus on the classical music tradition of Shashmaqom, a fusion of vocal and instrumental music that is intrinsic to Uzbek culture.

#ZahaHadid Architects (ZHA) (miss you Zaga 😭) has unveiled the Alisher Navoi International Scientific Research Centre, a multidisciplinary hub for Uzbek culture and education, set to be built in New Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
The project, to be built of sculptural brickwork, will house the Navoi State Museum of Literature, a 400-seat auditorium, an international research center, and a school dedicated to Uzbek language, literature, and music.

High intelligence, high empathy, and critical thinking skills are a CURSE and NOT a blessing in a world where the people with the lowest level of intelligence, least amount of empathy, and non-critical thinking skills have the most power and make decisions for everyone.
I was just saying to @IronButterfly what is it with people not wanting to write things down? I meet so many people who think they're supposed to commit everything to memory or make excuses about not remembering things. Why don't people take notes? Why don't people want to write things down? Is it some trauma from school or something? Memory is not reliable.
#EternalStrands is another game I am adding to my wishlist which is pushing 80 games and all of them just say "Coming Soon". I love all the potential, beauty, exciting worlds, and unique mechanics I am seeing but what I'm not seeing are release dates.

Anger is viral and self-perpetuating and people who house it within themselves, spread it to others, and aid in it continuing to destroy lives are willingly and knowingly bringing ruin to the world on a regular basis.
Do better. Be better.
