Apple TV+ has renewed Gary Oldman’s hit series for a sixth season.

The season will be based on the sixth and seventh books in Mick Herron’s series, Joe Country and Slough House.

I wasn't happy about being canceled especially to have it replaced with which is essentially a white male show. But seeing here makes me happy.

I LOVED her in and . She didn't get enough focus for those roles or her presence on screen. She's an incredible presence and I hope to see more of her range here.

And I believe this is Lori Petty here as the pathologist ...

Time for S1 and tribe workouts. I'm on the and @IronButterfly is on the and Oliver Queen is on the TV not failing the city. I've missed this show and @IronButterfly has never seen it. This epicness started it all ❤️ Miss me some Felicity ❤️

Not too long ago I made a post about 99% of the population suffering from mental illness ... You can keep denying that fact if you like.

The center is named after Alisher Navoi, the 15th-century poet, author, and linguist whose works have had a lasting influence on the literature and culture of Uzbekistan.

The building, which spans 23,000 square meters, has been designed to foster interaction between literary education, research, and performing arts to encourage collaboration and dialogue among students, researchers, and artists, furthering Navoi’s legacy of cultural development and intellectual exchange.

This development will anchor a new cultural quarter in New Tashkent, a master-planned expansion of the city designed by Cross Works to accommodate a growing population. The center will celebrate the country’s cultural heritage, particularly through its focus on the classical music tradition of Shashmaqom, a fusion of vocal and instrumental music that is intrinsic to Uzbek culture.

Architects (ZHA) (miss you Zaga 😭) has unveiled the Alisher Navoi International Scientific Research Centre, a multidisciplinary hub for Uzbek culture and education, set to be built in New Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

The project, to be built of sculptural brickwork, will house the Navoi State Museum of Literature, a 400-seat auditorium, an international research center, and a school dedicated to Uzbek language, literature, and music.

In my youth I met a lot of angry people - high school, college, and well into my 30s. It was like any person I met was just really angry about a variety of things and it was usually family or work or themselves. Never anything else. It wasn't the world or anything like that. It was other people or themselves but especially family. It became very exhausting for me trying to be in friendships or relationships with people who chose anger over peace ... it wasn't healthy.

I finally got the bow to work. Wonderfitter had to send me a replacement arrow module after the Kickstarter one was faulty.

Let me tell you something ... archery is hard AF. My arm is killing me ... my shoulder especially and my string arm is my bad arm too so this will be a good workout for those muscles. I only shot like 10 things ... and it was rough. The tension in the bow is real, the weight is real, it's a real bow ... the quality is amazing.

80s at the start of the week isn't great but I forget that 85 technically is the cutoff for balance.

I'm used to getting 90s or high 90s so for me being "balanced" usually means I'm not working hard enough but I know that technically these are good scores for someone with my chronic health issues. I can do better though.

this morning was a welcome change.

I NEED to at least twice a day. It changes EVERYTHING.

Woke up. Got naked. Walked 4 steps. Got into the sauna (best medical purchase I ever made). Turned on the sauna speakers and listened to a new (Her Majesty's Royal Coven) and relaxed. 50 minutes in, out to shower and exfoliate, and I feel amazing.

Woke up in a pain flare and now ... absolutely manageable and feeling epic. Ready to go about my day. Not to mention my brain feels more alert now that every neuron isn't focused on pain. 👍🏾

Self care is the best care. ❤️

is to star in a new Acorn TV series set in Ireland and I can't wait for it to air. ❤️

I love cosy Acorn TV murder mystery, amateur sleuth series like and Agatha Raisin etc and this one sounds like it will follow the same focus.

The upcoming series is called and Silverstone stars as Fiona Sharpe, a hot-shot Los Angeles divorce lawyer who receives a letter from her estranged father and sets out to uncover the mystery of his disappearance.

I've never been in this situation for more than 30 seconds. If I'm ever in an environment where someone would ask me this, I know I shouldn't be there surrounded by people would ask such a question especially in that way. It's so very simple. It's not a space for me and the people aren't good for me either.

Some much needed with @IronButterfly. Might be the last comfortable day for a while.

Enjoying good company and a good laugh after a tribe discussion about the importance of growth, appreciating and evolving from learning new things about ourselves, and the importance of curiosity and desire in that process.

Ok it was just me giving one of my famous 4 hour lectures but still ... 🤣
